About Mandana

MA, Registered Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor

Thanks for being here! You may be visiting my page feeling worried about one or more aspects of your life, including your academic, social, and/or work life. Life challenges can contribute to difficulty in making choices, which can make it hard to move forward. Through collaborative therapy sessions, I can guide you to work toward the goals that you’re hoping to accomplish. I work with adolescents and adults to cope with anxiousness, develop assertiveness, and advocate for personal needs.

Clients, including individuals who identify as culturally diverse, can reach out to me to learn how to manage anxiety, anger, and depression. I offer practical strategies that derive from ACT, CBT, and SBFT in sessions where clients can feel at ease and a sense of relief. When you’re ready, let’s talk!
